Brian Pitney Joins Sands Anderson As Counsel

RICHMOND, VIRGINIA (January 25, 2002)... Brian R. Pitney recently joined the law firm of Sands Anderson Marks & Miller as counsel.
Pitney will concentrate his practice in the areas of business & corporate law, securities and commercial real estate. He received his bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina, 1988; and law degree from the University of Richmond, 1992. C. Thomas Ebel, president of the firm, commented " Mr. Pitney's existing business practice, experience and North Carolina and Fredericksburg connections make him an excellent fit for Sands Anderson." Pitney was previously with Pitney, Jones and Fantl in Richmond.
