Frank B. Miller Receives VADA's 2001 Excellence in Civil Litigation Award

The Virginia Association of Defense Attorneys (VADA), the statewide bar association comprised of attorneys who primarily defend civil litigation, selected Bunky Miller as the 2001 recipient of its Excellence in Civil Litigation Award.

The VADA instituted this award seven years ago to honor a prominent jurist or civil litigator. Miller joins a distinguished group of recipients of this award including Chief Justice Carrico of the Supreme Court of Virginia and Senior U.S.District Judge Albert V. Bryan, Jr. of the Eastern District of Virginia. The award was presented at the 2001 VADA Annual Meeting on 2001 in Norfolk.

Miller practices in diverse areas including: professional malpractice, products liability, toxic torts and commercial litigation.
