RICHMOND, VIRGINIA (May 9, 2001)... William T. Lehner has been named Chairman of the Metro Richmond Crime Stoppers. Lehner has been providing legal counsel to the organization since its establishment in 1984.
Crime Stoppers is an international organization designed to combat crime. The group works with local citizens, businesses and law enforcement officials to solve area crimes through a reward system, which emphasizes the anonymity of these who provide information leading to an arrest.
