RICHMOND, VIRGINIA --- L. Lee Byrd of the Sands Anderson PC law firm has been elected by the firm's owners to a second term on the Board of Directors, which functions as the firm's management committee.
"Lee has brought a tremendous energy and focus to the complex task of running a firm our size and we are pleased that he continues to be willing to put his intellect and talents towards helping us stay on track," said firm President M. Pierce Rucker.
Rucker has been elected President for a third term by the members of the Board. The third firm member serving on the Board is Benjamin W. Emerson.
Byrd joined Sands Anderson in 1992 and became a member of the firm's shareholder owners in 1998. He is a former chair of the business litigation team.
