New and Returning Board Members - Richmond Session

Sands Anderson PC is pleased to present a half day program for New and Returning Board members in Richmond on the morning of Tuesday, December 20.  The program will lead participants through the many issues that board members encounter on a regular basis as well as the intergovernmental relationships crucial to  a county's success.

The seminar will be led by attorneys Jim Cornwell and Phyllis Katz of Sands Anderson's  Government Group  with William Pennell, recent County Administrator of Lancaster County.  Emphasis will be placed on the practical aspects of county operations and well as legal issues.

The seminar is designed to assist new and returning BOS members to understand and discuss Virginia local government and Virginia local government law Plenty of time will be set aside for questions and open discussions.
