Courtney graduated cum laude from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Arts in Government and American Studies. She earned her law degree at the University of Virginia, where she earned honors for her legal writing, receiving a Legal Writing Dillard Fellowship and the "Best Memo" and Bracewell & Patterson Oral Advocacy Awards. |
