Annemarie DiNardo Cleary is a member of the Business & Professional Litigation group and its Employment Law team, as well as an adjunct member of the firm's Local Government group.

Annemarie focuses her practice in the areas of commercial and civil litigation with an emphasis on the defense of businesses and their executives from claims related to a wide range of commercial issues, including employment matters, breach of contract, malpractice claims, first amendment issues and lease disputes. She also has extensive experience in defending lender liability claims and business torts, including complex, multi-party litigation.  Annemarie also is a member of the firm's appellate advocacy team, having participated in several cases before Virginia's highest appellate court, the Supreme Court of Virginia, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.  Annemarie is based in the firm's Richmond office.

Annemarie has been rated AV by her fellow attorneys through the Martindale Hubbell Peer Review rating system, the highest possible rating for experience and ethics.
